TRACT® Platform Summer ’16 Release features API enhancements to support more versatile management of usage-based data as well as updated business insights and expanded support for custom payment pages.
AUSTIN, Texas – July 7, 2016 – goTransverse, the award-winning leader in dynamic monetization solutions, today announced the expansion of its TRACT solution with even more flexibility to manage and monetize usage-based data to drive revenue. The latest release includes API enhancements, expanded account management configurability and updates to improve business visibility with faster-loading dashboards and new standard reporting options, so managers can make informed business decisions and react quickly to market changes. The Summer ‘16 release is in production now.
API Expansions Include More Flexible Monetization of Usage-Based Data
The ability of TRACT to integrate into existing solutions and platforms is continually being expanded and enhanced with every release. In the Summer ’16 release, TRACT now includes additional options for integrating usage-based data into the monetization platform, including enhancements to manage data uploads directly through the API. Users also now have the ability through the API to manipulate usage rules. Usage-based data can then be monetized directly within TRACT to dynamically drive revenue.
Improved Visibility with Updated Dashboards and New Reports
Dashboard components in TRACT are now powered with Pentaho 6.0, which provides even faster load times to securely access, blend, transform and explore your data. This update is provided automatically to all TRACT users.
TRACT standard reports are powerful tools that can be used immediately or configured based on specific information. In the Summer ’16 release, TRACT also has added new standard reports, such as additional detailed product reporting and aging reports, which automatically calculate number of days outstanding on AR balances, so users can spot trends more easily and address issues more quickly.
Added Support for Custom Payment Pages
TRACT added a new payment option that allows users to configure custom payment pages for their customers. Custom payment pages enhance the customer experience by maintaining a unified brand and reducing time to pay. This enables leading companies to get paid faster and in whatever way their customers choose.
Expanded Billing Hierarchy Support
TRACT now supports even greater billing flexibility when managing parent and child account relationships. Billing hierarchies can be configured so that parent accounts are responsible for child account charges. Once configured, all charges from the related child accounts can be included seamlessly on a single invoice for the responsible parent account.
Enhanced Configurability Improves User Experience
New discounting features in TRACT allow users to apply account-level discounts with more control and configurability to accommodate a greater variety of use case scenarios. By combining configurable custom fields with powerful rule-based actions, TRACT users can specify discounts on accounts at whatever cadence is desired.
New parameters have also been added to TRACT that enhance the ability to configure standard negative recurring charges as well as expand the configurability of taxation of discounts and products. These incremental improvements enhance the ability of TRACT users to improve their overall customer experience, reducing churn and maximizing lifetime customer values.
