The holidays are upon us and the new year is just around the corner. It’s time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished in 2017 and set our sights on our 2018 goals.
2017 was another year of stellar growth and progress at goTransverse.
We added a multitude of new customers from some of the worlds’ largest brands and are proud to be powering their most critical quote-to-cash functions as they look to create more meaningful experiences with their customers, and to grow their businesses to even higher heights.
We brought home several coveted awards including winning dual Pipeline Innovation awards: “Innovation in Business Support Systems” and the prestigious “Most Innovative Technology Provider” awards.
We were highly recognized by the analyst community, including:
- Leader status in the Forrester Wave™: Recurring Customer and Billing Management, Q3 2017
- Leader status in the IDC MarketScape on Worldwide Subscription Relationship Management
- Inclusion on the Constellation ShortList™ for Smart Services Digital Monetization Platforms
- Top Billing Management vendor rating by MGI Research.
We added more talented folks to the goTransverse team, including key moves and hires in Sales, Customer Experience, Implementation, Engineering and Dev Ops.
Finally, we added numerous functionality improvements to our platform, both large and small, including launching a new user interface to improve usability and speed adoption, and our next generation microservices-based API architecture that increases performance and augments extensibility and scale.
And when it comes to technology, we at goTransverse pride ourselves on being the “nerds that get it.” We understood exactly what we were doing when we spent years architecting the best, most agile and powerful platform to solve the shortcomings of legacy billing systems. We “get it” now, as we continue to hone and improve performance, usability and the ability for our customers to grow, scale and extend into new geographies and environments. We “get it” when the world’s largest brands come to us and ask us for monetization best practices. We “get it” when we roll up our sleeves and work tirelessly to make those customers successful.
We “get” that doing things well takes time and effort, and we “get” that our success depends on the success of our customers. We “get” that we need to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
